Gouda Mac and Cheese

oz. sliced gouda cheese (chopped)

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, adding the Hawaiian salt.
- Once boiling, add the elbow pasta and cook according to the package directions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta, rinsing the elbows with cold water.
- In the empty pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute until bubbling.
- Slowly pour in the warm half and half while whisking constantly to prevent lumps, simmering gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Turn off the heat. Stir in the Kinder's The Blend Seasoning.
- Add the chopped gouda in small handfuls, stirring constantly until completely melted and smooth.
- Fold the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce until evenly coated, adding a splash of more warm half and half if needed to loosen the sauce.
